Yes - unregistered providers can deliver Transport supports to plan-managed and self-managed participants. NDIA-managed plans generally need an NDIS-registered provider for most supports.
How much does Transport cost?

Providers may charge less, and final pricing depends on the support item, time of day, location, travel and cancellation rules.
