Common questions

How does the 7-day trial work?

Your 7-day trial starts the day OpenWay approves and publishes your profile - typically 1-2 business days after you finish onboarding. No card needed up front. If you don't upgrade at the end of the trial, you automatically drop to the Free tier with your listing still live.

What counts as an enquiry?

Any time a participant directly messages you, asks to reveal your phone, or selects you from a request they posted. Free providers stay visible in search results no matter what - the 3-per-month cap kicks in only when a 4th enquiry would be delivered in the same calendar month.

Can I change plans?

Yes - upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

What does verification involve?

We check your ABN, NDIS registration (if applicable), Worker Screening Check, WWCC, and public liability insurance. Most providers are reviewed within 1-2 business days. Expiring documents trigger automatic reminders. OpenWay Verified is not a substitute for NDIS Commission registration - that label is conferred only by the regulator.

Do I pay commission on jobs?
