NDIS support
Employment
Employment supports - finding work and staying in it.
What this category covers
Employment supports help participants prepare for, find, and keep paid work. This includes Disability Employment Services (DES), school-to-work transitions, on-the-job mentoring, and supported employment in social enterprises.
Most employment supports are delivered through specific programs (DES, SLES) rather than as standalone NDIS services. NDIS plans can fund top-up supports around those programs.
Plan management
Funded under Capacity Building - Finding and Keeping a Job. Many employment supports require provider registration; check with your LAC or SC.
